There was a lot going on Monday. We began the show with part of an interview with Lyndon LaRouche (click here for the rest of that interview ... then we brought up the government case against Google (apparently the feds make the rules as they go along and the new rule is that you have to show them/tell them whatever they want) and then we wrapped up with a conversation with Karl Reile, the local distributor of the Liberty Dollar. Overall a good show, although lacking in the phone call department.

Steve Greenfield is running against Hillary Clinton in the Democratic Primary for the US Senate. He thinks her stance on the war is too similar to that of W and the GOP. It was a pretty good interview. Even Greenfield admits, though, that Hillary can't be beaten. But he thinks his candidacy can keep her in check and maybe even influence her positions.

The city fined Lockport's Dan Kane for violating the garbage law that says you can't put your garbage out more than 24 hours before garbage day. Thing is, Dan didn't do it. It was his tenants. I think that's bull - no matter what they law might say. Some folks agreed. Others didn't. Also, despite an announcement from Osama Bin Laden that Al-Queda will attack, the US government keeps the terror level at yellow, citing "no credible evidence." Since when is a confession not credible evidence?

Trager is the president of a pharmaceutical firm that makes "Sine-Off," a cold medicine which is said to be safer than other's becuase you can't use it as an incredient in Crystal Meth. There's a bill that would require cold and flu medicines to be behind lock and key and require a drivers license for purchase. Trager supports the bill cause his product would be exempt.
