The Carson and Barnes Circus was in town. We talked about it. Good times.

Over the past several years, I've often referred to something as one of the area's "jewels." So I decided to start a list ... and asked for help. Lots of good phone calls on this show - a positive one.

Folks from the Rotary Club dropped by Monday to talk about the Make a Splash project to fix the Lockport Pool. After that, we had open Dialog.

Local activist, Lenny Thomas, wants to have a forum to get some stuff aired out. Some people think he's part of the problem. He thinks he's part of the solution. He called to discuss. The show is short to make room for the interview with Jonathan Linkov. Enjoy.

Pets Plus was raided by the Erie County SPCA. Some people thought Pets Plus got what they deserved. Others were shocked.

This was the first show with phone calls in a week.

Fresh off the string of hangups, I decided to turn the table and have a friend of mine fake a bunch of calls.

This is the first and only show that I've done that set up phone calls.

And all the callers are one person.

Funny stuff.

Kevin McCarthy sounded great on Friday. And he was very interesting, too. Sometimes its difficult to stop talking with the guests so they can play their tunes. Enjoy.

Friday was day 2 of not taking phone calls. Talking for 45 minutes without a net is really easier than I imagined - as long as I'm prepared. I promise to return to the phones on Monday.
