Mon, 28 November 2005 Monday's show we talked about the search for a superintendent in the Lockport school district, as well as the Starpoint School Board decision to extend their superintendent's contract by two years. My favorite GWB impersonator told of the president's trip to China. Good times. Direct download: Dialog_112805_-_On_the_Superintendent_Search.mp3 Category: Dialog -- posted at: 12:34 PM Comments[0] |
Fri, 25 November 2005 It's Christmastime all over the land. And Ron Clancy talked with me about the history of some great American Christmas songs. This podcast actually has more to it than the on-air version did cause I ran out of time on-air - where as the internet ... we have unlimited space. :)Direct download: Interview_112505_-_Ron_Clancy_Podcast_Version.mp3 Category: Interview -- posted at: 1:00 PM Comments[0] |
Wed, 23 November 2005 Ron Anderluh from The Summit was in studio to talk about the past, present and future of The Summit Park Mall. It sounded a little "infomercialish" at times, but some neat details. For the record, "The Interview" is not a paid program. I have never and will never accept money for a booking. I was interested in the mall and thought you might be too - so don't worry, I'm not selling out. :)Comments[2] |
Wed, 23 November 2005 Got an email from a guy who doesn't like the brand of show I do. I disputed his claim that he was in the majority. And a bunch of callers agreed with me. That doesn't happen often. Oh, and the "Target" caller from the other day called to say he was wrong. Good for him. Comments[0] |
Tue, 22 November 2005 Tuesday's interview was Bernard von NotHaus, the architect behind the Liberty Dollar. I got some. You should too. Direct download: Interview_112205_-_Bernard_Von_Nothaus.mp3 Category: Interview -- posted at: 2:47 PM Comments[0] |
Tue, 22 November 2005 Another all over the board show. It looks like Apolito won his election and Ceretto beat Johnson. Plus in the town of Niagara, there's a TIE! Now what? Comments[0] |

Friday's show was ALL OVER THE BOARD. But man, it was fun. Comments[1] |
Thu, 17 November 2005 Dolah is a job transition expert. What with all the termoil and Delphi and job tension in WNY in general, I thought she'd make for a great guest. But for some reason, people were apprehensive to call - so she and I goofed off for an hour.Comments[0] |

Tue, 15 November 2005 We talked about businesses that have gone out of business and what you'd like to see in some "shells," plus the tax breaks for Dave Ulrich and more. Overall a good show. Not great - I'll be honest - but good. Comments[0] |
Mon, 14 November 2005 There was a great post to the forum at ScottLeffler.com that led to me talking about funny things men do/say/etc. Intersperced with that, people called and talked about whatever they wanted to. Much of the conversation was about pensions. Overall a fun show. Comments[0] |
Fri, 11 November 2005 Author Allen Salkin talked about his new book, "Festivus: A Holiday for the Rest of Us." It was a great interview if I do say so myself. And yes, I really do have washer horseshoes. Comments[1] |

Thu, 10 November 2005 Racin' Ray Sherman joined me as co-host to share stories of "customer service" gone awry. We started with a letter that was hilarious and then took phone calls, while sharing our own stories of getting screwed by "the man." Overall, a great episode and a good break from politics. Fri, 4 November 2005 Legislative candidates in the 19th district, Mike Hill and John Villella were in studio Friday taking phone calls. One rather interesting phone call asked the candidates who they supported for sheriff. Each candidate supports the other party's candidate for sheriff. Hmm. Interesting. Short show due to lotsa commercials. Enjoy what there is, though. Comments[1] |

Mon, 31 October 2005 So here's the dillio: I got sick of listening to the presidents same damn line of reasoning every other week about why we must "stay the course (or is that coarse) in Iraq," so I dropped the official Presidents Weekly Radio Address in favor of the hipper WeeklyRadioAddress.com. And since I was feeling comedic, I played an O'Reilly Factor parody and a song Scooter Libby sang in the shower. Plus I took phone calls, including one by that weenie Sal Paonessa. Overall, a fun show. BTW, they've been shorter than usual lately because of all the political ads. See, I take the ads out for the podcast. Just a little thing I do for ya. :)
